𧩠Zerosum v1.5.0 β Dashboards, Your Way
Build analytics dashboards that match how you actually think. Pin the views you use most, fill them with the widgets you care about, and filter each one on its own. Everything you can see in analytics is now a widget β and there are six brand-new ones.
𧩠Custom Dashboards, Rebuilt
-
Per-widget filters. Every widget on a dashboard now owns its own accounts, categories, payees, and tags filters. Drop two "Net Worth" widgets side by side, scope one to joint accounts and one to your own β same dashboard, two perspectives.
-
Rename any widget. Click the widget title to give it a label that reads the way you think β "Groceries vs Last Year" instead of "Year over Year".
-
Responsive masonry grid. Widgets tile cleanly at every viewport width. No more half-empty rows on wide screens.
-
Mobile drawer polish. Opening a widget's settings on mobile now uses a proper full-screen drawer β numpad for amounts, nested pickers for lists, blur-to-save on rename. Feels native.
-
Dashboard date range. One date picker at the top of the dashboard scopes every widget that supports a range. Widgets that don't (like Runway or Monthly Net) self-anchor and tell you so in their info tooltip.
π New Analytics Navigation
-
Pinnable chip bar. The old Group Tabs + View Selector + Dashboards Dropdown are gone. In their place: a single row of chips at the top of Analytics. Pin up to 10 views or custom dashboards side by side, the rest live in a More dropdown.
-
Built-ins and custom dashboards are equals. You can pin "Net Worth" next to your "Vacation Fund" dashboard. Mix and match in the order that makes sense to you.
-
Landing view. Opening Analytics drops you onto your first pinned chip. Rearrange to pick what you see first.
-
Customize menu. A single sheet to pin, unpin, reorder, rename, and delete β on desktop and mobile. Mirrors the budget filter bar so the pattern is familiar.
-
Mobile is a single dropdown. On narrow viewports the chip bar collapses to a Select-style menu showing every view at once.
π Six New Widgets
-
πΈ Net Worth Change β Β± dollar change over the selected period with a % trend badge. Unlike "Net Worth" (always as of today), this one honors the dashboard date range β finally answers "how much did I gain or lose this period?".
-
π Income vs Last Month β the income mirror of Spending vs Last Month. "You earned 6% more this month" in one glance.
-
π§Ύ Top Transactions β ranked list of your biggest expenses in the selected period. Instant answer to "what were my biggest hits this month?"
-
π Savings Rate Trend β current-month savings rate with a 6-month trend sparkline and a "+N pts vs average" caption. See whether your rate is improving or sliding.
-
π― Category Monthly Tracker β bar chart of one specific category over the last 6 or 12 months, with month-over-month
+X%/-Y%labels on each bar. Great for keeping an eye on Groceries, Eating Out, or Subscriptions. -
π¦ Income Ratio β "X% of income" hero card with an optional target line. Pin a tithing tracker at 10%, a savings-rate goal at 20%, or a rent-share check at 30%. Works with categories or tags.

π·οΈ Budget Filter Bar
-
Custom category filters. Create your own filters on the budget table β pick whole groups or specific categories, save them with a name, pin them to the bar. "Fixed bills", "Family spending", "Shared with partner" β whatever matches how you actually slice your budget.
-
Personalized bar per person. Filters themselves are shared across everyone on the budget. But the layout β which are pinned, in what order β is yours alone. Your partner sees the same filters but arranges them differently.
-
Smart dynamics. A custom filter that selects an entire group automatically includes new categories added to it later. A filter that selects specific categories stays static β new siblings don't sneak in.
-
Mutual exclusion. Built-in filters (Overspent, Underbudgeted, etc.) and your custom filters never stack β one active at a time, so you always know what you're looking at.
π οΈ Fixes & Polish
-
Synced mobile dock shortcut. Your Overview β Analytics dock choice now syncs across devices β pick it once, it follows you.
-
Drag-to-reorder off on mobile for budget, accounts, and tags pages β it was fighting the scroll gesture.
-
Widget header unified. Title, rename affordance, and per-widget Info tooltip all live in one clean header β consistent across every widget type.
-
Spending vs Last Month height. The card no longer stretches taller than its siblings.
-
Accurate sharing metrics for admins. The admin dashboard now counts pending invitations correctly when a budget has been capped.
π Help center
-
Analytics & Reports β rewritten for the new chip bar, per-widget filters, and every widget in the 27-type catalog
-
