• Balance Forecast chart — see how fast you'll pay off your loan at your current pace vs. minimum payments, with a summary showing time saved and interest saved

• Payment Breakdown chart — understand where each payment goes with a stacked bar chart splitting principal, interest, and escrow month by month

• This Month card — see your funding status, payment goal, and record payments in one place

• What-If Simulator — compare payoff timelines side-by-side: minimum payment vs. your pace vs. any custom amount. Set a target date and see what monthly payment gets you there
