Year over Year addition request
I'd love to have the Payee's list added to this spending comparison filter. It is included in the other "spending" reports.

You cannot. Internal transfers are not spending, so they're always excluded from the analytics itself. Only transfers from Budget -> Tracking accounts that are categorized are included (and those can be excluded/included using the respective category)
