Manage Payees

Add the ability to edit payee names (similar to Manage Tags).  I have several imported payee names that should be in all caps but they imported as first letter upper the rest in lower case.  For example USAA imported as Usaa.  I am unable to change that by editing the transaction.

I know our Help center is missing images, but I didn't had time yet for that :D You can also merge Payees and add rules!
