It seems the investment account has limit on how much it can hold. 999,999 is the limit. I want to enter 3,800,000

Think I got it. It's on the mobile version, correct? We are caping to a max of 8 digits there as I didn't thought anyone would use more. But will increase so you can enter 10 digits.

I just tried and added an account with 3,800,000 (3.8 million) and it all worked. Can you explain a bit more where/how you're seeing this issue?
