Date picker for setting up goals hops around
When trying to set up a "Save by Date" goal in the budget table, when I click the date picker for the due date and then start clicking the arrow at the top to scroll through the months, depending on the number of days in a month, the arrows move up and down and take the focus away from where my mouse is positioned. I also noticed on a smaller resolution monitor that the entire calendar move below and above the "pick a date" field, making it even more difficult to navigate months.

This should be fixed now.
