Budget Calculation modal — FNM transparency & per-payee breakdown
Show For Next Month as explicit + / − rows in the Ready to Budget breakdown so "Income this month" matches your paycheck instead of silently dropping deferred income. Each inflow row (Income and Saved for next) gets a collapsible "by payee" view to show where the money came from. Also fixes a bug where clicking inside the open modal briefly flashed the Budget popover.
